The brisket is taken from the forequarter, from the breast of the animal. A great value joint and perfect for slow cooking, either with a dry rub over coals, or in the oven and pulled for a chilli.

As we deal with small-batch producers sometimes an item you order may be unavailable. In this event we will contact you and ask if you wish us to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value than the original, or issue a refund for the product. In the case of our gift or hamper ranges we reserve the right to substitute any out of stock or discontinued item with an item of equal or greater value than the original.
